Order Status - To check the status of your Internet, Phone or Mail/Fax order you must have placed an order with us and be a registered customer and signed in. Use your email order confirmation and your order number and Click Here. Simply type in your order # and your mail address that you used with the order.

Did not Receive Your Email Order Confirmation - Check the email address you placed the order with. Inside the email order confirmation is a link to check the status of your order.

Did Not Receive My Order Receipt - This is provided both via email after your order with the email order confirmation and a printed version inside your shipment.

Did Not Receive A Bicycle Motor Engine Kit Installation Manual - Our company is eco-friendly and we use as little paper as needed and we ask that you please download and print our Installation Manuals because it is not included with the shipment:Download Here
